What If Naruto Was a Uchiha

Ohayo gozaimasu is what I like to say, but my Japanese isn’t getting any better, so we’re here with the question: what if Naruto was a Uchiha? Now imagine the same old goofball you’re used to being, Naruto, having one of the best yet ranked eyes in the series, the Sharingan from the Uchiha bloodline.

Now that on its own takes us to a huge plot twist and character changes along the show, which I think would be fun to have, it will not really be exactly the same as the original storyline, but we’ll go through the other changes that might go through with this whole new feature.

Exploring a Hypothetical Scenario: Naruto as a Uchiha

Now, in the world of knowing Naruto to be an Uzumaki, we’ll be looking at him being born from a very high noble family, the Uchiha clan, which has been passed from generations to be one of the best in the Hidden Leaf village as well as being a prestigious part of the village.

Now, after this whole experience down the history of the Naruto series, we look at Naruto being born in the Uchiha clan with a compelling introduction to our protagonists, thus making the plot and Naruto’s relationships different. We’ll look into it more on the character development.

Naruto’s Character Development as a Uchiha

1. Emotional Turmoil and Internal Conflict

Initially Naruto was part of the newly born hidden leaf village for which Itachi Uchiha, who was Naruto’s father, took a sacrifice for the sake of his village by taking out his own clan.

Now, after that tragic story of being betrayed and having that loss and having a desperate desire for revenge, Naruto, as a Uchiha, would eventually gather enough power to take on that revenge and vengeance for his clan. However, seeing Naruto would seem like a different character than we originally knew.

2. Struggle for Identity

While Growing up Naruto was an Uzumaki who had a friend called Sasuke. So initially, during their friendship, Sasuke was the only survivor of the Uchiha clan’s massacre, and as he grew up, he had a thirst for revenge in his bloodline.

So, in that case, we would look at the collision of Naruto’s and Sasuke’s identity because both characters grew up in different scenarios where Naruto grew up as an Uzumaki while Sasuke’s parents were killed by his very own brother. So this plot twist would make the whole storyline change, and we’ll look at complex identity challenges.

Moreover, we’ll be having to look at Naruto trying to be resilient in finding his own path of life in future.

Impact on Relationships if Naruto was a Uchiha

1. Dynamic with Sasuke

As I mentioned before, Naruto and Sasuke grew up as bitter rivals, but in that rivalry, they began to grow deeper, to become deeper friends. So, if Naruto was a Uchiha, we’d look at a different scenario where Naruto and Sasuke were both born from the Uchiha clan.

So, we would have seen a friendlier and more loving rivalry instead of a bitter rivalry. However, unlike what we’re used to seeing of Naruto and Sasuke always getting into fights, they would have a common goal, and that common goal would be to take revenge for their clan.

2. Relationship with Itachi

We’ve seen throughout the series that the relationship between Itachi, Sasuke and Naruto eventually deepens as Itachi treats Naruto as his little brother after seeing Naruto’s determination to save Sasuke from the despair of taking revenge against his brother.

Now, if Naruto was a Uchiha, we would look at how Naruto’s relationship with Itachi would deepen, and their bond would become stronger. Looking at the fact that Naruto is a person who always looks for the good in others, he finally realizes the reason behind the tragic history of the Uchiha clan’s massacre, which would actually make Naruto grow more deeply attached to Itachi, making the storyline more intriguing.

Plot Developments

1. Involvement in Uchiha Clan Politics

Initially, the Uchiha clan wanted to stage a coup against the village because they felt they were not given enough power as a clan, knowing that they had a huge role to play in the village’s birth.

So, in that staging of the coup d’etat, if Naruto was a Uchiha, he would have tried his best to engage himself in the Konoha village’s political dramas and the Uchiha clan drama. Plus, we would have probably seen a huge development in the storyline, or possibly, there wouldn’t have been a massacre of the Uchiha clan.

2. Exploration of Uchiha Lore and Techniques

We all know that Mangekyou Sharingan is one of the most powerful Jutsus you could ever find in the series. His eyes are considered dangerous, and the village always wants to have hands-on. Now, if Naruto was a Uchiha, he would have been a significant character for this as it would cause the Uchiha clan to be a more deadly and yet powerful clan than any other clan in the village.

3. The Rebirth of the Uchiha Legacy

After the Uchiha massacre, Sasuke, to take revenge on his brother, tried to give birth to his clan. Now, if in that rebirth Naruto was a Uchiha, you would have got to see a really huge growth in not only the plot lines but also in the clan and the village because both Naruto and Sasuke would be putting their hearts out to create a better Uchiha clan rather than the old-fashioned Uchiha clan that was massacred due to their political issues.

Conclusion

So, in conclusion, these are just some of the many features you can look at if we are to put our thoughts to Naruto being a Uchiha. You can let us know your thoughts on this, too.
