Luckily, they confessed their feelings to each other in the middle of the series. Now, they have to balance whatever problem surrounds them and ensure the survival of their relationship.
2. Ouran High School Host Club
Have you ever heard about Haruhi Fujioka, a one-in-a-million type of girl? She is not interested in chasing the girlish things whatsoever. She just feels like it’s of no importance to her.
Things changed when she got him a scholarship to study at Ouran Academy. She accidentally broke a very expensive vase. It’s so expensive that I can’t even mention it. She doesn’t want to be expelled; the only way is to fake friendships with the popular school guys.
These boys were into flirting with different girls, flattering them with bougie events. They had all figured out that Haruhi’s lady personality in no time. This evoked strange, complicated feelings in them that I cannot even explain to you.

The same awkwardness between Jun and Tomo in holding back feelings is the same between Tadano and Komi. The only difference is that Komi is genuinely not an interactive person. Her personality spices up the whole to become unusual. Something the viewers never saw coming.

Toradora! This is not just a “t” lettered word as you see it. The OGs know it’s a reminder alarm of the teenage love butterflies and goosebumps. And how unexpectedly love turns out to be found in places and people you never thought of. The main character, Ryuuji, a ruthless predator with hawk eyes, loves doing domestic chores.
Taiga is nothing like Ryuuji; she is a very small heroine girl who suppresses her dangerous temper in that small body. It is very understandable to rush into thinking that they are complete opposites who would want to devour each other.
But destiny has its way of doing its things; other circumstances cannot control the heart. The unforeseen emotions tie them together in an admirable bond where they are there for each other.
In trying to help each other get the attention of their crushes, they are unaware that their hearts have their plans. You can only let go of what is in your hands the heart holds with a strong grip.
It is emotional and funny; it also shows the silly arguments and heartbreaking relatable moments where teenagers find out who they are.
6. Special A
I want to briefly let you in on the experience of Hikari Hanazono always being a second to Kei Takashima. For the past six years, Hikari has failed to defeat Kei in class or sports.
So maybe she just has to accept that she will always be the second best. The thing is, Kei has always been eyeing his competition for a long, but Hikati doesn’t seem to notice his moves.
These two, both in the cream class Special A, continue on their journey of competing against each other. It leaves us wondering if Hikari will ever take the first position or even get the hints that Kei loves her.

As the old people say, everything shall come to light. Well, it did, and her coworkers discovered her secret. Changing her workplace was her best idea to overcome this, but she doesn’t know that where she is going, there is more.
The new beginning she was looking forward to didn’t go well because she met Hirotaka Nifuji there. He was working at that same company, he was also an otaku, and they were childhood friends.
The old friends started having feelings that were outside just work. It has the same flow as Tomo Chan. The only difference was how quickly they officialized their relationship in the first episode. So, as the plot progressed, there was already romance to enjoy and feel the warmth of their mutually shared love.
11. Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro
The titular Nagatoro San is nothing like what you are used to. She was so good at teasing like no other. The thing is, she is not teasing someone who can give it back to her straight away.
Her target was Senpai, the introverted and quiet artist. Each episode is a full ride of showing you how much your heartfelt emotions can simply not be taken seriously.
As a viewer, you might think that Nagatoto was doing too much teasing. It might look like she doesn’t really care, as shown by her constant sarcasm. But it only takes someone who knows her that she is full of love.
It was all hidden under those sly smirks. The question is left to us now to know if this is the best bond we have noticed. Or just a spirit that was too playful towards their love interest.

The tough, hard-core Misaki finds herself in a situation she can’t escape. If you are wondering how she could be tough and be in this situation, I’m here. She is the student council president of Seika High School, which was almost exclusively boys.
She aimed to maintain a good name amongst the few girls in that same school. Misaki comes from a poor family and works at a cafe after school to make ends meet.
The cutest guy in school, Usui Takumi, happened to visit the cafe while she was working. But we know that no one is supposed to know this. It is only up to Usui to keep this secret between them, but is he going to do it for free?

With this series, there was no beating around the bush, as the first kiss was shared right at the beginning. Well, as you know, most storylines develop relationships from a place you would never have imagined.
This was one of the oddest ways of starting a relationship. Their kiss looked like they had been waiting for this moment for years, but would you believe me if l told you it was an accident? This beautiful accident, I would say, happened on the staircase, and they found their lips touching.
We all have tripped on the stairs. Why didn’t ours turn into a love story? Urara Shirairi, a bookworm, and the unruly Ryuu Yamada swapped bodies as if things couldn’t get odd.
Of course, magic is involved, but how to navigate their way out of this situation is completely left to them. They need to know how this happened before we even get to them gaining their old selves.
14. Blue Spring Ride (2014)
If you are still in high school, you will love this. There are a lot of real-life moments that will entice you. The storyline follows the life of a high school girl named Fubata Yoshioka.
She was always trying to push everyone away from her, especially those who showed interest in her. It wasn’t her fault; Middle School had made her this way. The girls in her class used to give her a cold shoulder, so she no longer knew who to trust. That’s just my point of view.
Kou Mabuchi became her new light. He was Futaba’s crush in middle school, and she failed to push him away this time. She slowly felt the butterflies again; now that they were together, she wanted things to return to where they had started.
If you loved the confusing relationship between Jun and Tomo in Tomo Chan is a Girl, this is the closest thing to that. Trying to rekindle a bond that was no longer and make way for your new emotions is a complex situation. Why don’t you just watch it already? Why not?
15. Handa-kun
Have you ever felt like the people around you were stalking you? And do you have any idea how dangerous this is, especially when you know that you don’t do well with big crowds? This was Sei Handa’s life at school.
He didn’t know that everyone adored him, both teachers and students. He had impeccable calligraphy, and a club called the Handa Force was made just for him.
This was done to support and protect him from the other jerks in school. Sei got it all wrong because he thought these people were bullied and were after his vulnerable self. He wasn’t the only one interpreting things wrongly; the Handa Force club members.
They thought his weird reactions to their moves were his approval of what they were doing. In fact, Sei has always been scared about what they could do to him any day, any time.
So, as viewers, we want to know if the confusion on both sides ever ends. Will they accurately read along the lines and know exactly what’s happening? Or maybe high school will just end in this undefined mess.
16. Kamisama Kiss
This can give PTSD to people who grew up with irresponsible fathers. But a good anime doesn’t hurt anyone, does it? A good-for-nothing father raised Nanami as a young girl.
He was into betting, and the little he had after that was used to hide from the people he owed. The ending for these kinds of people is kinda predictable.
So he just ran away to God knows where and left his precious daughter lonely and helpless. One day, Nanami comes across a strange man in the pack who positions her as the new deity of the shrine.
Sadly, this newly found shelter was already a house to Tomoe. He is a fox familiar who doesn’t believe that he should be staying with a mere human being, and continuous arguments begin to happen from there.
The solution for Nanami and Tomie to coexist peacefully was for them to write a contract of agreement. If he agrees, Tomie woul,d assist herwiller tasks and accepts that theacceptto stay together.
This was not gonna happen like how you are thinking right now. There was a condition to it; Nanami had to kiss Tomie. Tell me, who in their right mind would want to kiss that disgusting, rude man? Oh, dear! You have to watch this.
